What is the Express Service?

This service is for clients who need or want the benefits of an on-call international corporate counsel, but are concerned about the costs of outside legal advice. Under the subscription service clients call our office with specific questions related to their international business transactions. The questions should be “express” questions which do not require extensive research or any written agreements. We will attempt to answer questions posed at the time of our clients’ calls. In the event that such response is not possible, we will endeavor to respond by the next business day. Clients subscribing to our subscription service receive a 10% discount on Braxton international legal services.

¿Qué es el Servicio Express?

 Este servicio es para clientes que necesitan o desean atención de un abogado corporativo internacional, pero están preocupados por los gastos de asesoramiento jurídico externo. Bajo suscripción el servicio al cliente mediante llamadas a nuestra oficina con preguntas específicas relacionadas con sus transacciones comerciales internacionales. Sus preguntas deben ser “express” cuestiones que no requieren una amplia investigación o acuerdos por escrito. Trataremos de responder a sus preguntas planteadas al momento de la llamada. En el caso de que no sea posible dar respuesta, nos esforzaremos para responder al siguiente día hábil. Los clientes que se suscriban a nuestro servicio de suscripción recibirán un descuento del 10% de nuestros servicios jurídicos internacionales.

Who are the users of this service?

Companies (small to large) or individuals that import or export products to foreign markets or companies or individuals that engage in international business transactions. 

Requirements

The service requires a commitment by you to use the services of our firm for a specific subscription period. The subscription period can be either three, six or twelve months. A retainer/deposit is required and the subscription period will commence upon our receipt of the retainer/deposit amount. Clients agree to replenish the retainer/deposit amount as required and to advise our firm in writing with regard to the names of the designated personnel within their organization that can use this service.

Las empresas (pequeñas y grandes) o personas que importen o exporten productos a mercados extranjeros, o empresas o individuos que participen en transacciones comerciales internacionales.
Requisitos
El servicio requiere un compromiso de utilización de nuestros servicios por un periodo de suscripción específica. El período de suscripción puede ser de tres, seis o doce meses. Se requiere una retención o depósito y el período de suscripción iniciará cuando se reciba dicho depósito. Los clientes confirmaran dicha retención o  deposito, según sea necesario, e informaran a nuestra firma por escrito los nombres del personal designado dentro de su organización que podrán hacer uso de este servicio.
